Program Proposal

Program proposal will be delivered to the prospective client either by express mail or our representative around 10 working days after the first consultation. The standard presentation of the program proposal includes:

  • Cover letter;
  • The Analysis of the student based on the first meeting;
  • Tailored made tutoring program in a complete schedule time table for a specific period;
  • Letter of agreement;
  • Budgets, program features, and tutor’s credential.

 

These are some requirments for program proposal,

  • Program proposal fee is Rp5.000.000;
  • Whether you want to schedule a meeting for discussing the program proposal, the meeting may be held on Monday – Friday at 08.00 a.m. – 17.00 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday at 08.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m;
  • Additional fee Rp1.000.000 is required for the first consultation which is scheduled on Monday – Friday at 17.00 p.m. – 22.00 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday at 08.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
